    Whiskey Cake

    Whiskey in a Bundt cake? Why, yes!!!


    Cake:

    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 box vanilla pudding (NOT instant)
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup Wesson oil
    1 cup walnuts, chopped
    4 eggs
    5 oz. whiskey

    Glaze:

    1/2 cup whiskey
    3/4 cup sugar
    1-1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) margarine

    For cake: combine all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350º F. for 1 hour.

    For glaze: melt margarine. Add sugar, stirring to dissolve. Remove from flame and add whiskey. Pour over cake.

    Serves 10.
