    Honey Glazed Chicken

    Bees and chickens! Wotta combination!! But this one really does work. Give it a try--you won't be sorry!


    1 3 to 3-1/2 lb. chicken, whole or cut up
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 cup honey
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (or to taste)


    Preheat oven to 350º F. Coat a roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the chicken in the pan and season with the salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and brush evenly over the chicken. Bake for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until no pink remains
