    Honey Mustard Chicken

    Just one word: YUM!!!


    3 lbs. chicken cut in parts
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup prepared mustard
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and ground black pepper to taste


    Combine honey, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pierce chicken with sharp knife in several places. Coat chicken with half of sauce. Place chicken skin side down in baking pan. Bake 30 minutes in preheated 350º F. oven. Turn chicken and pour the rest of the sauce over it. Bake 30 minutes longer or until no longer pink inside.

    Serves 4.
