    Rémoulade Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    This one goes with the "21" Club Crab Cakes--possibly just an "urban legend", but a very tasty one, I must say.

    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sour pickle, chopped
    2 Tbsp. capers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. tarragon, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    dash Tabasco Sauce
    2 tsp. paprika

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
