    Tuscan Chicken Stew

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb - boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
    • 1/3 cup - dry white wine or chicken broth
    • 1 jar (26 oz.) - Bertolliâ Olive Oil & Garlic Pasta Sauce
    • 1/4 tsp. - ground black pepper
    • 1 large zucchini - halved lengthwise and sliced
    • 1 loaf French bread - diagonally cut into 1-inch slices and toasted


    Instructions


    1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, brown chicken over medium-high heat, about 3 minutes.

    2. Add wine and boil 30 seconds.

    3. Stir in Pasta Sauce and pepper.

    4. Simmer covered 3 minutes. Add zucchini and cook Covered 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

    5. Serve stew over bread.
