• Step 1
  
• 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
  
• 1 cup pecans
  
• 9 x13 inch pan
  
• mix well bake @ 350 20 minutes Cool.
  
• Step 2
  
• 1 8oz cream cheese
  
• 1 box powered sugar (16oz)
  
• 1 8oz cool whip
  
• Mix together beat until fluffy. Spread on creat.
  
• Step 3
  
• 1 small pkg instant cho pudding mix
  
• 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
  
• 4 cups milk
  
• Spread on top of cream cheese mixture
  
• Top with another 8 oz cool whip. Sprinkle with miniture
  
• chocolate chips and pecans.
