Asparagus Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 chicken or 4 breasts (boiled and deboned)
- 1 can asparagus (drained but save juice)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of cheese soup
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 small jar of pimiento
- 1 box ritz crackers
Instructions
- Crumble ritz crackers in bottom of baking dish.
- Add a layer of chicken and asparagus.
- Mix mushroom soup and mayo and part of asparagus juice.
- Pour over chicken and asparagus.
- Mix cheese soup and pimiento and pour over the others.
- Top with more cracker crumbs.
- Dot with butter. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
