Hash Brown Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb bag of frozen hashbrowns ( shoestring kind)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 pint of sour cream
- 1/2 cup onions finely chopped
- 2 cups grated medium sharp cheddar cheese
- tsp salt
- tsp pepper
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350.
- mix all ingredients together, and pour into medium sized casserole dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until light brown and bubbly.
