Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

List of Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pieces chicken
- large can Veg-All
- 2 Roll -out pie crusts
Instructions
- Boil chicken till tender, debone. Save broth to make thin gravy.
- Use 1 roll-out crust to line bottom of2 quart casserole dish.
- Stir together chicken, drained Veg-All& thin gravy. Pour over bottom crust.
- Top with second crust, remove any excess -trim. Pinch the 2 crusts together.
- Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
Final Comments
Chicken -I use 2each thighs & breasts for mixture white & dark meat.
Veg-All can be substituted with fresh boiled vegetables. Use about 2 to 2 one -half cups thin gravy.
