    Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup butter (softened)
    3/4 cup crunch peanut butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg (slightly beaten)
    1 cup self rising flour
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Lightly grease cooie sheet with a little butter.

    In a bowl, beat together butter and peanut butter.

    Gradually add sugar and beat well.

    Sift in flour. Add vanilla. Add in chocolate chips.

    Bring all ingredients together to form a soft dough.

    Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let chill for 30 min.

    Form the dough into 20 balls and place them on prepared cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Flatten them slightly with the ends of your fingers.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown.

    Transfer the cookies to a wire rack and let cool.

    For a crunchy bite and sparkle, sprinkle the cookies with brown sugar before baking.
