Apple - Pecan Crisp

List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons self rising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 cups sliced golden delicious apples (6 med)
- Topping:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 10 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 13 x 9 pan with shortening or cooking spray.
- In large bowl mix sugar, flour and cinnamon.
- Slice apples, add to mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
- Pour in baking dish.
- Topping:
- In medium bowl mix flour and brown sugar together.
- With fork, cut in margarine until it looks like coarse crumbs.
- Stir in oats and pecans. Sprinkle this evenly over fruit mixture.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
