List of Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnaman
- 4 eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup coconut
Instructions
- Mix oil and sugar.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon.
- Add 4 eggs, one at a time. Mix well.
- Add pineapple, carrots, nuts and coconuts.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
