List of Ingredients
- 1 package (21.2 oz) brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegtable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tablespoon strongly brewed coffee & 1 tsp sugar
- 3 package (3.9 oz ea) chocolate instant pudding mix
- 6 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 container (12 oz) frozen non dairy whipped topping(thawed)
- 1 package (9oz) snack size chocolate covered toffee candy bars (crushed & divided)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare brownie mix with oil, eggs and water in large bowl according to package directions.
- Spread batter into a greased 9x13 pan and bake 24-26 minutes.
- Use wooden skewer to poke holes in about 1" apart in top of warm brownies, drizzle with coffee & sugar mixture.
- Cool completely.
- Prepare pudding mixes with milk in a large bowl according to package directions and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, fold almond extract into whipped topping. Set aside.
- In a 4 quart serving bowl, break half of brownies into bite size pieces.
- Sprinkle half of crushed candy bars over brownies.
- Spread half pudding over brownines.
- Spread half of whipped topping mixture over pudding.
- Repeat layers ending with whipped topping mixture.
- Cover and chill.
Final Comments
Makes 20 servings.
