List of Ingredients
- 4 duck breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 onion (sliced and separted into rings)
- 1 lemon
- pepper to taste
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup worchestershire
- lemon pepper
- salt
Instructions
- Fillet meat from bone, making 8 duck breast halves.
- Wrap each half with a slice of bacon; secure with a toothpick.
- Layer the bottom of a covered container with 1/2 of the onion rings.
- Place duck breast on top. Squeeze lemon over duck, season with pepper.
- Top with remaining onion rings.
- Marinate for 6 hours, turn duck after 3 hours.
- Cook in a water smoker with the top on for 20 minutes, turn and cook for 25 additional minutes.
- Add salt to taste when cooked.
