    Squash Cheese Souffle'

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 3 eggs (beaten)
    • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 3 tablespoons margarine
    • 1 tablespoon grated onions
    • 4 - 5 medium size yellow squash, sliced and cooked
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


    2. Heat milk and pour over breadcrumbs.

      Add eggs, pepper, butter and onion, mixing well.

      Stir in squash and cheese.

      Pour into greased 2 qt casserole dish.


    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until firm.
