    Great one pot main course!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 stick margerine
    • 1/2 pkg thin noodles
    • 1/2 cup boiling water
    • 2 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips or cubes
    • 2 tsp onion soup mix
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 can baby corn
    • 1 small can mushrooms
    • 1/2 pkg green beans, optional


    Instructions


    1. Melt margerine in pot. Add noodles and stir to coat, let brown. Add water, chicken and spices. Cook for 45 minutes. Add vegetables.


    Final Comments


    I added a can of water chesnuts and frozen sugar snap peas instead of the green beans.

    I found that this recipe had too little liquid and started to stick/burn. I would add 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp hot and spicy duck sauce and i would put all ingredients in together with the chicken (including the liquid - cans) and cook for a half hour. I'll update you on how it comes out once i try it this way.

    Original recipe stated: Yield 2 servings, i found that it was enough for at least 4 people!
