    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tsp. butter or olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1/2 lb. boneless chicken - diced
    • 2 1/2 Tbls. flour
    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 Tbls. sherry
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    • 4 plum tomatoes
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 cups cooked linguine


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in a large saucepan and add garlic; cook for 1 minute.
    2. Add chicken and cook in butter/garlic mixture.
    3. Whisk flour, milk, sherry and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
    4. Pour into skillet and bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
    5. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick.
    6. Add cayenne and fold in tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    7. Serve over hot linguine noodles.
