    List of Ingredients


    • 12 vanilla wafers
    • 2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 2 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Line muffin tin with foil liners.
    2. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each liner.
    3. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar on medium speed. Add eggs. Mix well.
    4. Pour over wafers; fill 3/4 full.
    5. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
    6. Remove from pan when cool; chill.
    7. Top with fruit or preserves.
