    Olive Dip

    1 can of green olives
    1 can of black olives
    1 can of artichoke hearts
    1/2 cup of olive oil
    1 finely diced clove of garlic
    Balsamic vinegar to taste

    Mix all ingredients in blender until well blended. Serve with fine bread or crackers.
