    Sour Cream Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients



    4 pork chops
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 cup beef bouillon
    1 can sliced mushrooms, (8 oz)
    2 teaspoons prepared mustard
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    1 teaspoon paprika
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1 onion, sliced into rings
    1 cup sour cream

    4 pork chops
    2 tablespoons oil

    1 can sliced mushrooms, (8 oz)
    2 teaspoons prepared mustard
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    1 teaspoon paprika
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1 onion, sliced into rings
    1 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Brown pork chops in oil in skillet. While they brown, mix all remaining ingredients, except the onion rings and sour cream, in a bowl. Separate onion rings and place on pork chops. Pour above mixture over chops and simmer for 1 1/4 hours. Add the sour cream and cook for another 15 minutes. Especially good served over rice.
    Serves 4.
