    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 Tablespoon sugar
    Dash of salt
    1 Tablespoon pickle relish
    2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
    Bread or rolls


    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except bread or rolls and mix well. Spread on bread or rolls and serve
