Scooby, just a short note to let you know I made your recipe for chicken pot pie, it was a big hit here at our house! I searched for some time to get it "just like my grandmothers', and yours was excellant! I added a small pinch of saffron for coloring and flavor, and used broth instead of water for the dough mixture, because that's how I remember my grandmother doing it! I always look at your posted recipes, knowing they are all delicious!

Scooby... I'm doing the Pugent Pork Roast recipe you posted from Virginia Hospitality cookbook for Easter. I love that cookbook and have used mine since I bought it in 1977.

Scooby, You have a great collection of recipes.. Thanks for the terrific resource. One question---I copied your "Crockpot Dressing" recipe which calls for 12 to 13 cups bread CRUMBS.
