    That Catered Touch-Lynne Ranew Mertins
    I have not tried this yet, but it sounds great.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 and 1/2 pints of whipping cream / whipped
    • 2 - 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
    • 4 cups of powdered sugar
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Whip cream.
    2. Add powdered sugar and blend.
    3. Add the cream cheese and vanilla
    4. Beat until smooth.


    Final Comments


    This can be frozen. Nice as a dressing for fruit salad or a dip for fresh fruit displayed in hollowed-out pineapple or cantaloupe bowls.
