    Recipe Introduction


    Combine in your crockpot and cook on low for 10 hours.
    4 servings at 5 Weight Watcher points each

    (Weight Watcher Points - 5 points per serving)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 Lbs top sirloin
    • 1 carrot diced
    • 1 onion sliced
    • 4 ozs sliced mushrooms
    • 1 cup diced celery
    • 2 TBS flour
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
    • 1 can (tomato sauce can) water


    Instructions


    1. Remove visable fat, cut meat into 4 servings, place in bottom of crock pot
    2. Sprinkle 2 TBS flour and salt and pepper over meat.
    3. Add cut up vegetables
    4. top with tomato sauce and can of water
    5. Put lid on and turn to low for 10 hours
