    Carrot Cake With Pineapple

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. flour
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 1/2tsp. soda
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 1/2c. cooking oil
    • 2 c. sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 c. gratted carrots
    • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
    • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
    • Icing
    • 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
    • 1 stick margerine
    • 1 box powdered sugar
    • 2 tsp vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Sift all dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix oil,sugar and eggs, beating after each addition. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Grease and flour two 13x9x2 1/2 inch pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325 degrees; cool.
    2. Beat all ingredients well. Spread on cake.
