    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb.ground beef
    • 2 eggs
    • 4 c. water
    • 1 c.bread crumbs
    • 1 small onion, chopped fine
    • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
    • Sauces
    • 1 lb. can jellied cranberry sauce 2tbsp
    • 1 (12 oz.) bottlechili sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients for meat balls together. roll into small meatballs(75-90)lighty brown on medium heat in skillet for 5 minutes and draim. combine all ingredients for sauce in large pan simmer untilsmooth.Add meatballs and simmer 1 hour.
