List of Ingredients



• 500g mince meat
  
• 1 carrot, diced
  
• 250g tomato puree
  
• 1 medium onion, chopped finely
  
• 2 tsp taco seasoning
  
• salsa (optional)
  
• sour cream (optional)
  
• guacamole (optional)
  
• corn chips
  






Instructions



1. Heat pan to medium and grease.
   
2. Add meat and taco seasoning. Mix it through.
   
3. Add onion, tomato puree and carrot. Keep mixing.
   
4. Cook until all the meat is brown.
   
5. Put corn chips in a bowl.
   
6. Put meat mix on the corn chips. Add salsa, guacamole and sour cream as desired.
