    List of Ingredients

    1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. plus 2 T. cocoa
    1-1/2 c. non-dairy creamer
    5 4-inch peppermint sticks, crushed
    mini marshmallows


    In a 1 quart wide-mouth jar, layer sugar then cocoa; packing each layer as tightly as possible. Wipe the jar inside with a paper towel to remove any excess cocoa before adding the next layer. Blend dairy creamer and crushed peppermint, add to jar, packing tightly. Fill any remaining space on top of jar with mini marshmallows; secure lid.
    Add the following instructions:
    Empty jar into a large mixing bowl; blend well. Spoon mixture back into canning jar. To serve; add 1/4 to 1/2 cup cocoa mixture to 3/4 cup boiling water; stir to blend.
    Makes 16 servings.
