    1 pkg. Nestle Tollhouse refrigerated peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough (or your choice)
    2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    1/2 c. ultra-fine (Baker's) sugar
    6-8 Reeses candy bars, cut into bite sized chunks

    Preheat oven to 350. GENEROUSLY spray a deep dish pie pan with Pam. Cut cookie dough into 24 slices; lay them in prepared pan and press into a crust. In a large mixing bowl, place softened cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar. Start mixer on low, but turn it up to high once everthing begins to incorporate; beat for 4 minutes. Add the peanut butter cups, thoroughly folding them in with a wooden spoon; pour filling into prepared crust. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

    You can adapt this recipe to any flavor you wish. Just substitute another candy bar, such as Butterfinger, Heath or Skor Bars, Hershey Bars, Nestle Crunch Bars, etc. for the Reeses, but don't choose something with caramel, as the refrigerated texture makes in unpleasant to chew. Substitute whichever cookie dough best compliments the chosen candy bar.
