    2 cups brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 cup corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    6 quarts popped corn
    2 cups mixed nuts, optional

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 200. Combine brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt in heavy saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from ehat. Add baking soda and flavoring. Stir sugar mixture over popped corn to coat. Spread on two cookie sheets. Bake one hour, stirring every 15
    minutes. Remove from oven; cool. Store in covered container.
