    List of Ingredients




    1 c. plus 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour (maybe 4)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt (optional)
    1 c. shopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
    1 c. miniature chocolate chips

    Topping:
    5 tsp. sugar
    1 tbsp. cinnamon

    Recipe



    In a bowl combine until thoroughly blended:
    1 cup + 1 tsp vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs

    Sift together:
    3 c. flour (maybe 4)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Put 2 cups of the above flour mixture into the egg mixture and combine. Add 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup miniature chocolate chips. Add the remaining flour. This should be very pasty.

    Divide dough into 4 sections. Flour your hands and roll one section at a time to fit length of a large cookie sheet. May fit small sections together. Do 2 rolls per sheet. Sprinkle rolls lightly with cinnamon and sugar mixture.

    Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 325. Using a very sharp knife, cut into 3/4 inch slices (do not drag knife through). Turn pieces on side and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake again about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on racks and store in tightly covered container.
