    Microwave Pineapple Upsidedown Cake

    1/2 box yellow cake mix
    3 eggs
    2 tbsp. oil
    1 c./ water, part pineapple juice
    Can pineapple slices

    Recipe



    In a baking pan put 3 tbsp brown sugar and 3 tbsp butter.
    Arrange 6 pineapple slices and maraschino cherries over the "glaze". Add the batter.

    Time is 4 minutes at 70%, then rotate the pan halfway.
    Time is 4 minutes at 70% and rotate.
    Then do 3 more minutes.
