List of Ingredients



• 1 C. oleo
  
• 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  
• 2 C. sugar
  
• 4 large eggs, beaten
  
• 2 t. vanilla
  
• 1 1/2 C. flour
  
• 1/8 t. salt
  
• 2 C. chopped pecans
  
• 6 oz. chocolate chips
  
• --Cream Cheese Frosting:
  
• 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  
• 1 T. milk
  
• 1 t. vanilla
  
• 3 C. powdered sugar
  
• 6 T. oleo
  






Instructions



1. Melt oleo and unsweetened chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water.
   
   
2. Cool to room temperature.
   
   
3. In a large mixing bowl cream sugar, eggs and vanilla; blend in chocolate. mixture.
   
   
4. Add flour and salt; mix well.
   
   
5. Stir in pecans and chocolate. chips.
   
   
6. Spread batter into greased and floured 9X13 pan.
   
   
7. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool before frosting.
   
   
8. --Frosting: In medium bowl beat cream cheese until soft.
   
   
9. Add oleo, mix until smooth.
   
   
10. Stir in milk and vanilla.
    
    
11. Gradually add powdered sugar.
    
    
12. Beat until smooth and spread onto cooled brownies.
