    Donna - bake sale at church. Served to Rhoades 082618


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box lemon cake mix
    • 1 C. water
    • 1/2 C. oil
    • 1 (3 oz) box instant lemon pudding
    • 4 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer four minutes on high speed.
    2. Pour in two 5X9 pans or bundt cake pans that have been greased and floured.
    3. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 30 - 35 for loaf pans or 40 minutes for bundt cake pan.


    Final Comments


    Freezes well, tastes good without butter.
    I served with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
