OVERNIGHT SOUFFLE
List of Ingredients
- 6-7 eggs
- 4 pieces of bread, crusts removed
- 1 C. milk
- browned sausage, bacon or ham
- 2 C. grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Beat eggs; cube or crumble bread and add to eggs.
- Add milk and pour into pammed souffle or casserole.
- Grate cheese over top.
- Sprinkle on meat.
- Chill overnight.
- Next morning bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or more - until set.
- (mine took 1/2 hour longer to bake)
