COCONUT CREAM DELIGHT CAKE
Secretary's luncheon, 1982
List of Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 15 oz can Cream of Coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- Cool Whip
- 7 oz. flaked coconut
Instructions
- Prepare and bake cake mix. Cool 10 minutes.
- Poke holes in cake with large meat fork. (Make lots of holes)
- Mix Cream of Coconut and condensed milk together.
- Pour slowly over top of cake and allow it to seep into holes. (use a spoon to help spread and control)
- Chill overnight.
- Before serving, top with one small container of Cool Whip and sprinkle with flaked coconut.
