    COCONUT CREAM DELIGHT CAKE

    Secretary's luncheon, 1982


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 yellow cake mix
    • 15 oz can Cream of Coconut
    • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
    • Cool Whip
    • 7 oz. flaked coconut


    Instructions


    1. Prepare and bake cake mix. Cool 10 minutes.
    2. Poke holes in cake with large meat fork. (Make lots of holes)
    3. Mix Cream of Coconut and condensed milk together.
    4. Pour slowly over top of cake and allow it to seep into holes. (use a spoon to help spread and control)
    5. Chill overnight.
    6. Before serving, top with one small container of Cool Whip and sprinkle with flaked coconut.
