LEMON CAKE (BUNDT PAN)

- 1 Lemon Flake Cake Mix
- 3/4 C. apricot nectar
- 3/4 C. Wesson oil
- 1 t. lemon extract
- 4 eggs
- Glaze:
- Mix about 1/2 C. powdered sugar with Real Lemon juice. Pour over hot cake & cook in pan.
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in bowl. Beat 4 or 5 minutes.
- Bake in greased & floured angel food cake pan or loaf pan for 30 - 40 minutes. (Moist Cake)
- Glaze while hot.
- Freezes well.
