    CHOCOLATE, SNICKER CAKE


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
    • 1 stick oleo
    • 1/3 C. milk
    • 1 pkg. (14oz) caramels
    • 1 C. chopped pecans or peanuts
    • 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Mix cake mix as directed.

    2. Pour ½ of batter into a floured and greased, 9x13 pan.

    3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

    4. Melt caramels with milk and oleo. Pour over baked cake.

    5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel.

    6. Dot remaining batter mixture onto cake.

    7. Bake for 20 minutes at 250°. Then 10 minutes at 350°. (it may take a little longer)
