    CHOCOLATE ICE BOX CAKE (GOOEY)

    Gerry Rice/Legislature (gooey dessert)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 C. flour
    • 1 stick oleo
    • Cut together and add: 1 C. pecans
    • Press into large utility dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
    • Mix 8 oz package softened cream cheese with 1 C. powdered sugar and 1 C. Cool Whip in mixer.
    • Spread on crust.
    • Mix 1 package instant vanilla and 1 package instant chocolate puddings with 3 C. milk
    • Spread over top of cheese mixture.
    • Put rest of 9 oz. package Cool Whip on top.
    • Chill 2 -3 hours before serving.


    Instructions


    1. Freezable. Pan needs to be smaller than 9X13.
