    CHICKEN ON SUNDAY

    Mary Patterson - 1963, my Brownie Leader in 1st grade


    List of Ingredients


    • One small package of Minute Rice (2 cups)
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can celery soup
    • 1/2 C. water
    • one envelope dry onion soup


    Instructions


    1. Place rice in 9X13, greased pan.
    2. Heat soups and water, pour over rice and mix well.
    3. Place cup up chicken on top of rice, sprinkle with onion soup and cover with foil
    4. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees.
