BEEF, ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
- -----Filling
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- -----Sauce
- 1 can rotelle
- 1 can pet milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- -----Con Queso Dip
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1 can rotelle tomatoes
- Flour Tortillas - 8 large or 10 -12 small
Instructions
- Brown ground beef.
- Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
- Put 2 T. meat mixture in tortillia.
- Put seam side down in 9X13 inch pan. (I folded them into square pkgs.)
- Heat sauce ingredients in pan. Pour over casserole.
- Bake, uncovered 20 - 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve with Con Questo Dip and tortilla chips
