HAM CASSEROLE
List of Ingredients
- 1 slice (1 1/2 lb) ham, 1 " thick
- prepared mustard
- pepper and salt
- 3 T. seedless raisins
- 1 C. dried apricots (soaked overnight)
- 3 - 4 T. gravy or water
- 6 medium potatoes peeled & sliced
- 1 T. butter
Instructions
- Saute hamm slightly on both sides, put in deep baking dish.
- Spread lightly with mustard, sprinkle with pepper.
- Arrange apricots and raisins on top, add gravy, cover with potato slices, sprinkle with salt, dot with butter, cover with foil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Take foil off and bake 15 minutes more.
