    FROZEN, CRANBERRY CHRISTMAS SALAD


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    • 1/4 C. Reconstituted lemon juice
    • 1 can whole cranberry or raspberry sauce
    • 1 (20 oz )can crushed pineapple drained
    • 1/2 C. chopped nuts
    • 1 (8 oz) carton Cool Whip


    Instructions


    1. Stir lemon juice into milk.

    2. Mix in cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts.

    3. Fold in cool whip.

    4. Put in 9X13 glass baking dish and freeze.

    5. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.

    6. Can be frozen up to two weeks.
