    JELLO, CHURCH CRANBERRY SALAD


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (1 lb) whole cranberry sauce
    • 1 pkg. lemon jello
    • 1 C. hot water
    • 1 C. real mayo
    • 1/2 C. orange juice
    • 1 T. lemon juice
    • 2 C. Cool Whip


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve jello in hot water.
    2. Add 1/2 C. mayo, the fruit juices and 1/2 C. whole cranberry sauce.
    3. Blend thoroughly with beater.
    4. Pour into try and chill in freezer for 20 - 25 minutes oruntil firm around the edges, but soft in the middle.
    5. Whip until fluffy.
    6. Fold in remaining cranberry sauce and chill until firm.
    7. Serve with a dressing made from cool whip and 1/2 C. mayo.


    Final Comments


    Double recipe makes 9X13 pan.
