JELLO, CHURCH CRANBERRY SALAD
List of Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) whole cranberry sauce
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 C. hot water
- 1 C. real mayo
- 1/2 C. orange juice
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 2 C. Cool Whip
Instructions
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Add 1/2 C. mayo, the fruit juices and 1/2 C. whole cranberry sauce.
- Blend thoroughly with beater.
- Pour into try and chill in freezer for 20 - 25 minutes oruntil firm around the edges, but soft in the middle.
- Whip until fluffy.
- Fold in remaining cranberry sauce and chill until firm.
- Serve with a dressing made from cool whip and 1/2 C. mayo.
Final Comments
Double recipe makes 9X13 pan.
