LETTUCE, LAYERED SALAD

It's a meal in itself.
List of Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
- 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas, not thawed
- 1 C. diced celery
- 1/2 C. diced green pepper
- 8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled or bacon bits
- 4 eggs, hard cooked, sliced
- 2 C. mayonnaise or low cal dressing
- 2 T. sugar
- 4 oz grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place lettuce in 9X13 glass dish.
- Layer peas, celery, green pepper, bacon and sliced eggs.
- Combine mayonnaise and sugar. Spread on top sealing edges.
- Sprinkle 4 oz grated cheddar cheese over top.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 8 - 12 hours before serving.
