    Buffalo Chicken Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 or 3 chicken breasts - boiled and shredded (or 3 cans of shredded chicken)
    • 12 oz Ranch dressing (or 6 oz ranch, 6 oz bleu cheese)
    • 5 oz Frank's Red Hot sauce
    • 16 oz cream cheese
    • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese


    Instructions


    1. Heat cream cheese and ranch dressing in a saucepan stirring until smooth.
    2. Mix in chicken and hot sauce.
    3. Pour into 9x13" baking dish
    4. Top with shredded cheese
    5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. When done, stir so that the cheese is mixed into the dip.
    6. Serve with crackers and celery sticks (or you can add 2 cups diced celery into the dip when melting ranch dressing and cream cheese - but i haven't tried that!)
