- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cans Green Giant Mexicorn (Whole kernel corn, red & green peppers) drained
- 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 pkg cheesy scalloped potato mix
Instructions
- In 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients, mixing well. make sure potato slices are covered with sauce
- Cover, cook on low for at least 8 hours
