Buffalo Chicken Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 4 oz Velveeta diced
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- saute onions and celery in butter until tender
- stir in flour until smooth
- slowly stir in milk and broth
- stir in remaining ingredients and simmer stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and heated through.
Final Comments
serve with celery sticks and carrot sticks with ranch dressing
