    Buffalo Chicken Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 2 stalks celery, chopped
    • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
    • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 3/4 cup chicken broth
    • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
    • 1/4 to 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
    • 4 oz Velveeta diced
    • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1/2 tsp celery salt
    • 1/2 tsp garlic salt


    Instructions


    1. saute onions and celery in butter until tender

    2. stir in flour until smooth

    3. slowly stir in milk and broth

    4. stir in remaining ingredients and simmer stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and heated through.



    Final Comments


    serve with celery sticks and carrot sticks with ranch dressing
