    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
    • 1 cup chopped onions
    • 1 pkg Knorr Hollandaise Sauce, prepared according to directions
    • 1/2 cup lasagna noodles, cooked
    • 1 lb chicken, cooked and sliced
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 12 oz cans of asparagus (not fresh or frozen)
    • 1/2 tsp basil
    • 1/2 tsp oregano
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Saute mushrooms and onions until soft

    2. Spread 1/2 of hollandaise sauce in bottom of 9x13" pan .

    3. Place a layer of noodles on top of sauce

    4. Cover with 1/2 of chicken, salt and pepper

    5. Top with 1/2 mushroom and onion mixture.

    6. Top with 1/2 mozzarella cheese.

    7. Place all asparagus neatly, covering whole casserole then cover with remaining Hollandaise sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and basil.

    8. Repeat layering - noodles, chicken, mushrooms, onions, mozzarella cheese and top with parmesan cheese.

    9. Cook uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    10. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting
