    List of Ingredients


    • 1 partially baked pie crust (cook until light brown 4-5 min?)
    • 4-5 regular sized Snickers bars
    • 12 oz cream cheese softened
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/3 cup sour cream
    • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter (i might add a bit more next time)
    • 3 tbsp whipping cream
    • 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips (semi sweet is ok, but milk chocolate probably best)


    Instructions


    1. Cut Snickers bars in half and then cut into 1/4 inch pieces. Set aside.
    2. In small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
    3. Add eggs 1 at a time - mixing well between each agg.
    4. Beat in sour cream and peanut butter until mixture is smooth.
    5. Arrange Snickers pieces in bottom of prebaked pie crust.
    6. Spoon cream cheese mixture over Snickers pieces.
    7. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes or until centre is set.
    8. Cool completely - about 2 hours
    9. In small saucepan, heat whipping cream over low heat until very warm.
    10. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Mix until smooth and melted.
    11. Spread over top of pie. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Store in fridge. Let stand at room temperature for 10-15 min before serving.
